Dark Matter & Dark Energy

Main Idea
What if dark matter is not a particle at all? This theory proposes that dark matter is actually ancient information embedded into the structure of space itself during the earliest moments of the universe. Just as a computer stores information in memory, spacetime may store remnants of past cosmic states. These information fields would possess gravity but would not emit, absorb, or reflect light, making them appear invisible. Galaxies would form around these hidden information structures, explaining why dark matter appears to create gravitational scaffolding throughout the cosmos. Under this idea, dark matter is not "missing matter" but rather a hidden layer of reality containing the universe's oldest stored information.
Reasoning / Evidence
Dark matter has never been directly observed despite decades of searches. We only know dark matter exists because of its gravitational effects. Information is increasingly viewed as a fundamental component of physics. Black hole research suggests information may be preserved in unexpected ways. Large-scale dark matter structures resemble an invisible framework guiding galaxy formation. If spacetime can store information, ancient cosmic information fields could behave gravitationally without interacting with light. This could explain why dark matter appears everywhere while remaining completely invisible to current instruments.
