Cosmic Citizen is a digital membership subscription. No physical goods are shipped. Once a membership is activated, users may receive immediate access to digital features, member-only content, and community benefits.

Because the product is digital, refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

3. Refund Request Window

If you believe you were charged by mistake or are not satisfied with your membership, you may contact us within 14 days of the charge and request a refund review.

Refund requests made after 14 days may not be eligible, but we may still review them depending on the situation.
